Sine Tempore nasce come reportage di carattere
folkoristico e di ricerca antropologica delle feste
paesane che rievocano il periodo medioevale.
Strada facendo scopro che in quella “finzione”
si percepivano delle sensazioni di tempi lontani,
emozioni forti che si affacciano in maniera improvvisa
e ti sorprendono, immerso in uno scenario che in
fondo un pò ti appartiene, come cultura storica, come
usanze permeate dal medioevo ad oggi.
“Sine Tempore” was born as reportage over
folkloristic reenactment and anthropological
research over the village festivals that reproduce
throughout Italy the national medieval period.
As I was shooting this work I discovered that the
fiction I was living was plenty of perceptible
sensations coming from long time ago, real and
strong emotions that comes back suddenly.
The reportage has become a story, notes of
feelings, a timeless voyage at that time where
the fiction becomes reality.
